Speed device control
Allows speed signals copying according to the following assignments:
- 5 configurable inputs for acquisition of C3 or CF signal
- 12 configurable type C or open collector outputs
Several possible vehicle configurations in the same device.

- Supply voltage (Vbat): 17 to 32Vdc
- Output voltage: 0 to 8Vdc
